Head of AI
Enablement.
I build systems that allow companies to scale without breaking execution.
This is structured as a 3-month execution mandate aligned to your Head of AI Enablement role.
This aligns directly with the 3-month contract structure outlined for the role, allowing execution to begin immediately without a traditional hiring ramp.
Instead of hiring first, this approach focuses on delivering working systems across production, QA, and operations immediately, then transitioning ownership internally.
As Farm Girl scales production, QA, and supply chain, growth becomes constrained by execution, not demand. Disconnected systems, manual coordination, and limited visibility slow teams down and create margin leakage.
Working systems delivered immediately, without months of recruiting and ramp-up
Standardize how work moves so production, QA, and supply chain execute reliably
Give leadership clear visibility into production status, delays, and bottlenecks
Why this approach vs hiring
- Hiring delays execution by months before systems are in place
- Early hires spend time diagnosing instead of delivering
- Internal builds depend on already fragmented workflows
This 3-month mandate is designed to:
- diagnose and implement in parallel
- deliver working systems, not just plans
- create a foundation that can be owned internally post-engagement
Operator Context
Current operations across production, QA, and admin rely on manual coordination and disconnected systems. Information is re-entered across tools, reporting is delayed, and execution visibility is limited.
The result is slower throughput, inconsistent QA tracking, and leadership operating without real-time insight.
Execution Plan
Diagnose
- ·Map production, QA, and admin workflows
- ·Identify manual handoffs and data duplication
- ·Surface visibility gaps and reporting delays
Build
- ·Implement connected workflows across systems
- ·Introduce automation for QA tracking and reporting
- ·Standardize data flow across tools
Enable
- ·Deploy internal tools for operators
- ·Train teams on usage
- ·Establish reporting and visibility layer
How I Execute This Mandate
Connect production, QA, supply chain, and admin so work moves on status, not manual handoffs.
Capture data once and reuse it across systems. Remove duplication, reconciliation, and reporting lag.
Apply AI for classification, routing, and summarization where it removes manual work. A tool inside the workflow, not the headline.
3-Month Execution Mandate
This engagement is structured as a direct 3-month execution mandate, aligned to the Head of AI Enablement role.
Execution is delivered in a remote-first model, allowing systems to be designed, built, and deployed continuously without being constrained to on-site availability.
I operate as the execution owner across production, QA, and operations, with Digital Medium supporting system design, integration, and deployment infrastructure.
This approach prioritizes output over presence, enabling faster iteration, real-time system deployment, and continuous progress across workflows without waiting on in-person coordination.
Where needed, on-site sessions can be used for alignment, walkthroughs, and operator integration.
Digital Medium is the underlying system layer used to design and deploy automation quickly without internal build constraints.
- ·Diagnose: workflow mapping across production, QA, and operations
- ·Build: cross-system integration and automation layer deployment
- ·Enable: internal tool deployment, reporting visibility, operator-level handoff
While the role is structured as a 3-month contract, this model allows execution to begin immediately and progress without the delays typically introduced by hiring, onboarding, and physical coordination.
- ·$10,000 / month
- ·3-month execution mandate
This engagement is structured across a 90-day execution window with milestone-based payments tied to delivery phases:
- ·50% upfront, engagement kickoff and immediate execution start
- ·25% at Day 45, core systems implemented and actively running within workflows (Build phase)
- ·25% at Day 90, final systems deployed, stabilized, and handed off (Enable phase)
Execution begins immediately upon kickoff.
All payments are aligned to system delivery milestones within the 90-day mandate, not just elapsed time.
Integrated directly into your workflows and teams, with direct ownership of deployed systems. If measurable operational improvements are not visible within the first 30 days, scope can be reassessed before continuing.
Built to transition ownership internally at the end of the mandate, or extend into a longer-term role based on outcomes.
Designed to maximize execution speed and system deployment velocity within the same 90-day window.
Start the 90 Days.
If this aligns with how you're thinking about execution, I can walk through how this applies directly to Farm Girl's production, QA, and supply chain workflows.
